If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please contact us at enquiries@hitlife.sg with your order reference number within 7 Calendar Days from the date of delivery!

*Warranty only covers mechanism problems/manufacturer defects.

*Wear & Tear of materials are not covered under warranty

Refund Amount

Should you wish for a refund instead of a replacement, we are happy to oblige. All refunds are given in the form of Hit Life Credits for the damage claim that is confirmed to be valid. Hit Life Credits can be used as "money" on our site. It can be applied to any future orders within 90 days from the date of issuance. You will be provided with a credit code once the defective claim is validated. Feel free to apply your credit to your future orders at www.hitlife.sg!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit code will be emailed to you within 7 working days upon approval of claim.
