Do you have a showroom we can visit?
Yes, we do! We are encouraging our customers to visit our showroom and try out our items before making a purchase.
Our showroom is located at 80 Genting Lane #10-10, Singapore 349565.
Operating hours: 11 am to 5 pm (Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays) (by Appointment basis only)
Do I need to make an appointment?

How fast can you arrange delivery?
HIT LIFE SG seek to arrange our deliveries within 3-7 working days. For specific delivery requests, kindly contact us at : (65) 6970 8323 or Email: enquiries@hitlife.sg.
Do you deliver out of Singapore?
At this time, we are only able to deliver within Singapore.
What happens if the items received are defective?
Kindly inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace as soon as possible once we ascertain the defect. For more information, kindly refer to our DEFECT POLICY.
I have a change of mind and I would like to return my product.
We currently do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds once payment had been processed.
