HITLIFE.SG currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin.

We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for Door-step Deliveries such as NinjaVan. Please note that furniture items are only delivered within Singapore.

Delivery Surcharge

A $30.00 delivery surcharge will be imposed in addition to the applicable delivery fees for every delivery made to the following locations.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $200 and pay only $4.00 ~ $10.00 for orders under $100 (Bulky item orders will be $15.00 SGD). These rates are only applicable for orders in Singapore. Shipping rates and duration for individual items can be found by clicking on the cart icon.

Generally, the Shipping Fee you pay for is calculated on a per order basis as follows: Orders to a single location: $4.00~$10.00 SGD flat fee. (Bulky item orders will be $15.00 SGD)

Shipping Fee for each item is clearly stated on the checkout pages. Please note that shipping fees are calculated on the order amount after any discount coupon used.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please contact us at hitlife@gmail.com with your order reference number within 7 Calendar Days from the date of delivery!
